 Explaining and correcting the excessive wrong variation in Ellerman bombs after a new sunspot is emerging on 15 Oct 20 near the sun's southeastern limb. The same week cosmic rays are high due to extended low geomagnetic activity, the galactic cosmic radiation approached the level of the local interstellar spectra temporal and spatial dependence of the solar wind.

Cosmic rays are high-energy protons and atomic nuclei which move through space at nearly the speed of light. They originate from the sun, from outside of the solar system, and from distant galaxies in connection with Quasars.

Ellerman bombs studied this particular Solar Blasts in the early 20th century. He first described them in an article in 1917 appear as randomly moving filaments as two oppositely charged ions flow meets in the sun photosphere. Ellerman bombs are short-lived brightenings of the outer wings that occur in activ e regions with much flux emergence withou hit interplanetary planets.
